Notifications help administrators stay informed about upcoming service dates, testing requirements, usage milestones, and registration expiries, supporting proactive asset and compliance management.

3. Prerequisites

  • An active WHS Monitor account
  • Valid login credentials
  • Access to the Hidden link to Manage Asset notifications (Administrator) 

4. Step-by-step instructions 

  1. Log in to WHS Monitor using your account credentials.

  2. Access the System Notifications link.

    • This link is provided by your system administrator.

    • If you cannot locate the link, contact the support team for assistance.

  3. Review the active alerts displayed on the Notifications page, including:

    • Upcoming service or test dates

    • Kilometer or hour-based service milestones

    • Registration expiry notifications

  4. Edit and update notification settings as required, such as:

    • Thresholds for when notifications are triggered

    • Email content

    • Recipients who receive the notifications


  5. Click Save to apply and update the notification configuration.

  • Notifications are designed to improve awareness of all critical asset-related events.
  • Notifications support ongoing compliance by highlighting deadlines before they are missed.
